SEEKING OPERATIONS MANAGER OF THE WATER WELL DRILLING DIVISION

Alpha, Inc. is an emerging leader in Heavy Civil Construction, Water Well Drilling, and Energy in Maui, Hawaii

We are seeking an Operations Manager of the Water Well Drilling Division, responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all activities pertaining to the Division, including quality, safety, and administration of all projects in accordance with company procedures and regulations. This position develops water well drilling strategies and internal process controls to ensure achievement of company revenue and profitability objectives. This position provides leadership to their team and assists in decision making that impacts issues and outcomes of projects. Required skills include strategic agility, business acumen, process management, negotiation, conflict management, leadership, integrity, communication, team building, and computer proficiency. Minimum 7 years water well drilling experience required. Minimum 5 years management experience required. Project Management background a plus.
