SEEKING PROJECT MANAGER OF THE WATER WELL DRILLING DIVISION

Alpha, Inc. is an emerging leader in Heavy Civil Construction, Water Well Drilling, and Energy in Maui, Hawaii

We are seeking a Project Manager of the Water Well Drilling Division, responsible for providing leadership and support to all aspects of the Division, to include safety, operations, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, cost reporting, customer reporting, budgeting, estimating, change orders, billing, business development, and bid development. This position will ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner and will be committed to delivering quality work above and beyond specifications and expectations. Required skills include strategic agility, business acumen, process management, negotiation, conflict management, leadership, integrity, communication, and computer proficiency. Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of water well drilling materials, required. Proficiency in Project Management Software preferred.
