We are seeking a confident and driven Well Drilling Superintendent to join our Hawaii team. This position is responsible for the planning and executing of all aspects of the water well drilling program including personnel, equipment, service, technical and financial performance of the rigs. Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and supervises all water well job site drilling activities from inception to completion with high standards, efficiency and safety to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Ability to manage several water well job sites throughout the day.
• Monitor project quality and cost control to ensure project is within budget and safeguard profit margin.
• Responsible for the overall safety implementation for assigned rigs.
• Manage drilling operations to minimize rig down time and rig operating expenditures.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the execution of deep-water exploration wells.
• Organize and manage the operational planning phase prior to well execution, the well execution itself, and the well close out process.
• Communicates with maintenance ensuring all scheduled maintenance is being performed and unscheduled repairs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinates rig moves with rig, trucking and personnel.

Experience:
• Minimum seven (7) years of drilling rig experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years operating water well drilling experience preferred.
• Experience working with top-drive, rotary, table drive, hammers and tricones preferred.
• General understanding of installation, service and operation of water well pumps preferred.
