Position of FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

• Extensively experienced in operating 2500' mud rotary water well drilling rigs and making underreamed gravel wall well; this will be the superintendent's main responsibility

• To a lesser degree, able to troubleshoot vertical turbine pumps and motor problems and direct service personnel to make repairs

• A decisive and effective communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people

• Able to motivate employees to maintain a safe workplace and keep all equipment in a safe and efficient working order

Superintendent will have available the guidance of an experienced drilling consultant.

Candidates must have a good driving record, possess a valid driver's license and pass a drug screen.

This full-time position requires relocating to Cleveland, Mississippi with a relocation allowance.

The salary will be $75,000 to $85,000 with an excellent benefits package.
